#Savetherhinos
Two of our Maritzburg College Cross Country boys, Lethokuhle Shangase and Riley Kleinhans, together with MIC, Brandon de Lange (OC 2014), are gearing up to take on the Rhino Peak Challenge (RPC) in September… and they need your support!
This is not simply a physical trail run of 21 km, summiting Rhino Peak (3056m), but it is also for a great cause. The RPC aims to raise funds for the conservation of rhinos, endangered animals, and vultures along with other conservation projects. The need to conserve our precious wildlife is vital and the responsibility of all South Africans.
Brandon de Lange shared that the team believe the joy of experiencing the outdoors and facing a challenge like this is their small way of promoting the awareness of the need for conservation, and the support it deserves.
Please support Brandon and our boys, by visiting the Ambassadors page on the Rhino Peak Challenge website via the link to make your donation, read up about our team, as well as the reason behind the fund raising and the importance of the initiative.
Your support would be deeply appreciated!
